How can i change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at orders@shop.puffinteam.com as there may be a chance that we have processed your order for shipment. We will take all reasonable steps possible to accommodate your request.
How can i ship my order?
Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground unless you choose an expedited shipping option.
Please note – Saturdays are not regular scheduled shipping days. If you need your over shipped via overnight, please contact Customer Service once your order is placed to arrange for Saturday delivery.
When will i receive my order?
Please allow 4-5 working days for delivery once your order is placed.
How can i pay for my order?
All purchases should be made via Credit Card
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
HALO is registered to collect and remit sales tax in all states where there is a tax. Applicable shipping charges and sales tax will be invoiced at the time of shipment.
Can i return merchandise?
