CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER
If for some reason you need to change or cancel an order we will be happy to assist you, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com immediately as there may be a chance that we have processed your order for shipment. We will take all reasonable steps possible to accommodate your request.
If you need a rush order, we ask that you place them by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time to ship the same day and this will incur a Rush Charge as well as expedited freight charges. Please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org if rush service is required.
Magentafy is registered to collect and remit sales tax in all states where there is a tax. Applicable shipping charges and sales tax will be invoiced at the time of shipment.
If you have a return request, please contact our Customer Service Team at email@example.com. A Customer Service Representative will go over return options with you. Please note, you can initiate a return within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns must be received in new or unused condition with all original materials included in the shipment.
Unfortunately, items that are not held in inventory and are made-to-order cannot be returned unless defective. If you are not satisfied due to poor quality, please contact our Customer Service Team.
